Pied Stilts by Rangitoto Art Print

This pair of Pied Stilts are paddling in front of Auckland's famous Rangitoto Island and is a delightful print by artist, Cathy Hansby.

About the Pied Stilt

These dainty wading native birds have extra long pink legs, and are often found in small groups foraging in the shallows in wetlands and coastal areas of New Zealand.  They startle easily and make a distinctive yapping sound in flight.
