To take the stress out of shipping and make it easier to calculate, we charge a flat rate of AU $20 for shipping across Australia,  including all handling and packaging up to 5kg. All My Sanctuary items are sent via Courier up to 5kg.

FREE SHIPPING - all purchases over $200 (excluding larger, heavier items, see below)

SHIPPING FOR LARGER HEAVIER ITEMS LIKE VANITIES, BASINS, BATHS, ART PRINTS AND SOME FURNITURE - $50

SOME ITEMS ARE SENT FROM NEW ZEALAND - SHIPPING - $30 

We expect deliveries to arrive within 7 working days (unless otherwise stated on the product description) and up to 14 days for items from New Zealand. Products are sent directly from our suppliers who use a variety of couriers who are usually great but there are the occasional courier delays that are out of our control
